Did you exchange your Quebec license in Ontario?

This page says : When you move to Ontario, you can use a valid licence from another province, state or country for 60 days. After 60 days, you need to switch to an Ontario driver’s licence. I have mentioned in my post that I hold a Quebec license that maybe slightly shy of completing 2 years.

Were you able to get your transcripts? Did you do it online? I am also looking for getting the degree transcripts from CUSAT. WES website says that CUSAT will transmit the transcript electronically, but I am not sure if the application can be done online at CUSAT.
