    On the tracker page, there are two dates shown. The date on top of page says date of update and the on the bottom of the page shows Application History. The former shows the update in tracker (Sep30) and the bottom shows update in a stage (BG completed - Sep 26). Both updates show on same day...

    I said no to that question, as I was out of Canada for like 20 days in last 4 years. It would make sense for them to ask PCC if the landing with your COPR wasn't your first landing in Canada. If you have landed before, and spent long time out of Canada collectively, they would ask for PCC.
