Congratulation on that. when did you receive your AOR if you don't mind sharing?

On your IRCC account for permanent residency => Check full application status => then on top of Application information it says "view submitted application or upload documents" you should be able to upload there. if you don't see anything there I would recommend calling IRCC or send the document...

Check your cic account and upload it there as this request should be listed in your account. most ADR needs to be uploaded in your CIC account.
