The PR portal (where it says view application) is different than the PR tracker. For me the PR portal showed greyed out view application, so I believe this is normal. You can access the PR tracker here: https://prt-srp.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

I believe your wife's COPR lists dependents so you will need to inform IRCC as your wife's current COPR is incomplete. To confirm you landed in Canada before the child was born?
