They will ask you to pay RPRF fees (550)later after - NA2 I think. It is generally the final stage when the ask for rprf.

No you can split the payment. You need to pay 450 CAD$ first and can pay 550 CAD$ later.

Can you share why was your PCC rejected if its not personal.
