I thought the year was a typo, are you guys seriously waiting since April 2019? Back when I was becoming a citizen, the entire process completed (in my case and my brother's case) in 6-9 months.

Thanks. Will do. Honestly we called CIC regarding this. In their words "We don't care about taxes in India, just Canada". We interpreted that as "We do not need to mention 2016, 2015" since my wife moved here in "August of 2017".
