My Wife is in the same boat. She got her COPR in April, sent the docs for PR and haven't received it yet. We have recently changed address as well but we took the Canada Post mail forward for 1 year. Not sure if IRCC sends the PR card with Canada Post though.

I did sent MITSDE degree for evaluation to WES in 2018. It was not accepted and the reason they mentioned was “Not Comparable to any Canadian Equivalent”. I got to know they don’t accept PG of any sort, it has to be Masters.

I don't have much hope from NDVO. Have you tried TRV? I was planning for the same.

I would say yes because its been acknowledged by the new VO

Have you linked your application online? On the tool, it will just show medical received, however, on you online application it shows if medical cleared.

Did you application move to In Progress after moving to VO?

What does purely clear mean? My wife got a fresh pcc just before we applied for sponsorship.
