Received dispatch message, no change in portal or tracker portal. Passports submitted on 18-Nov, reached IRCC on 19-Nov.

Anybody received passport back? I am still waiting for an update on my parents application for visit visa. Passport submitted on 18-Nov, received by IRCC on 19-Nov. No update after this.

Just thought of sharing, the visa expiry for my parents is a day prior to passport expiry, so over 8 years of validity. First time application with no travel history.

It happened with me too. Although both of them had biometric completed, the message that biometric completed shows only on my mother’s. The biometric validity letter was received for both. Both the profiles shows application approved.

Nov-2019 AOR, FSW-O, Security not started yet. All is because of the COVID-19 delays. they are not processing files I believe.

i have the same officer on my application. 9-Nov-19 AOR, no progress after elligbility passed in March-2020. Security still not started. Frustrated with this office, now medicals have expired too and no extension or remed requests so far.
