I submitted additional pages through case specific inquiry! It's no big deal!

It sometimes depends on the officer that's looking at your application, but at my school everybody applied with just a completion letter from the university, and it doesn't seem like there were any problems.

Oh actually it says my application was approved!!!!!

My status just changed from submitted to updated, so I am assuming they are looking at the application. I applied May 17th and I think I will hear back tomorrow. Hoping I get approved!

I think you should be fine since your status is valid and they have it in the system. It's not that you have to attach a photocopy of your study permit to your application.
