Is only form16 or payslip, experience letter, bank statement also requested? What is the status of additional documents? Usually it takes 7 to 10 days after adr submission but now taking more time

When did you submitted ADR, what is the current status, I have submitted on june 3rd, it is showing additional documents have been uploaded, after that no updates so far.
