Yes you could do IELTS preparation and collating information simultaneously..you can roughly estimate-gestimate the CRA score by using the CRs calculator on Canadian govt website

The CA degree was evaluated as Bachelor (3 years) by WES. The LLB degree was evaluated as ‘First Professional degree in Law’ which helped a lot and bumped my CRS
