Do we know if it's possible to fix this another way? The consultant I used no longer works at the company so the verification email is going to a deactivated email. I've tried calling IRCC but it always says they're busy and hangs up! I cant seem to get through to anyone

I did! I just went through this thread and saw someone also had this issue. Looks like my reset mail might be going to my rep from my PR application. I’ve reached out to them, crossing fingers they’ve received a mail! Thanks so much!

Did anyone else run into tracker issues? Mine is the same UCI from when I did my PR in 2022, I tried resetting the password and the email they have listed for password reset is correct but no reset email password ever arrives to my inbox. It’s been like this since Saturday

Update from me! My PR tracker updated to Eligibility completed / approved today. Although it changed today it looks like the date it was actually approved was April 11th (The day they sent out my pre-arrival letter) Updated timeline below Jan 06/2022. Application Sent Jan 07/2022...

My PR isn't approved yet, I've only received a pre-arrival letter (which isn't applicable for me anyway as I'm inland)
