What time was your oath? Was the invite in “EDT” timezone or “EST”

Hi everyone, I have my oath scheduled but the invite letter has “EDT” timezone instead of “EST” because I received the invite before the time changed. Does that mean I have to attend it at the same time in “EST” or an hour later? Please help I’m stressing out god I hate this time change….
