After submitting our profile how do we know that quebec govt reviewed our profile or not? If anybody knows let me know and please share your ideas plz.

hv a question plz reply. I hv filled the online form and there i am not eligible. But when talked to the canadian consultant then she said that i m strong contender. Which is true? And another question is if I filled arrima myself and if i m not eligible then will arrima reject itself?
