I got COPR too today. Can you please walk me through the process on what to do next? Where do I need to send pictures? And should we include passport too? I got email from CIC- Winnipeg I'm in Brampton, Ontario

They sent a letter confirming PR. It's the landing paper I guess. Can anyone help where do I need to sent the photo they requested and do I need to submit any other document?

Yes, the same happened to me as well. However I just called again and it went through. Maybe since they are working in limited capacity, they can't take high volume calls
