Nothing yet. No response from IRCC either

I don't see any update on the biometrics or medical request yet. Still shows "Not Requested/Not started". It has been more than 3 weeks since receiving my AOR.

Thank you for the sharing your experience. I plan on going the Option 2 route. Can you expand more in the "Proof" process? I didn't understand that part. I live in Ontario.
