Something similar happened to me. I have not been able to speak to a live agent so I reached out to my MP. While MP was working on it, I also sent Solemn declaration. I just received my card in the mail a few days after. How do I 'stop' the solemn declaration process? or do I do nothing?

I would say keep checking. I checked non stop for about a week and got a date two weeks out. You can also choose another consulate if you find that. I think they are now more flexible because of the pandemic. I chose another consulate but emailed them ahead of time. They said it was no problem...

Yep, same. made the request in Nov 2021. The only response I got was the temporary tracking number.

You can 'Link' your PR card application to your GCKey. Log in and scroll down to 'Add/link application'.
