This must be conjecture but I've heard from many people that they had ordered GCMS notes just before the update and subsequent ppr. Personally, it happened to me as well. Maybe ordering GCMS notes can be considered

I've used GetGCMS as you can order easily from India. But i got a ppr within 7 days. Not sure if ordering GCMS triggered it, but I've got heard of instances where people have received ppr after ordering notes
