    I just applied again and uploaded the rejection letter as well. Another proof of address. I dont know why its so difficult to issue a new SIN when you provide all documents that they ask for.

    Sorry, I was wrong about my documents. I uploaded PR EMAIL, COPR, PASSPORT, and CSQ (Quebec selection letter). The PR EMAIL and CSQ both had my address.

    Mine got rejected too. I uploaded COPR, PR-EMAIL, and WORK PERMIT. I don't know why it got rejected.

    Yes, the SIN should be valid. They will just change the current SIN you have to a new one. Please give an update once you receive a new SIN from them.
