    Agreed but the BIG INJUSTICE ircc did was later feb till July 2020 applicants getting DMs/ PPR from Ottawa office where as applicants from oct 2019 to first half of feb did not even get aor2 from MVO office . Ircc should have transferred those files from mvo to Ottawa before Ottawa touching...

    Missisauga office is Dead for Outland . IRCC is messed up , not processing applications based on received dates . Minister should be removed for incompetence. Have not seen like this before.

    We are in Jan 2021 , General Proceesing time is 12 months ... This Missisauga Visa office is dead slow and has lots of backlogs i believe starting from Sept 2019 applicants to Feb 2020 applicants whereas Ottawa Visa office is giving PPR request for 2020 Feb , March , April applicants . Thus...
