Update!! PR Card Approved and Mailed yesterday (17th). I did not receive an email and the portal still says our pics are in review. I only noticed this morning when logging into my GCKey.

I wrote a new email to the email address listed in the attachment for portal 1. It say, "if you can't access online tools such as the portal, or experience technical difficulties...". I sent an email to the email address listed after this, and put the subject line as PR Portal issue? - PR Card...

I would assume this is through an out-sourced company. I highly doubt the IRCC has the facilities to print tens of thousands PR Cards each year? I might be wrong though. Hopefully the strikes don't affect this. However, an agent does need to approve the photo. So the strike might affect this...
