I do feel like when the year changed the pool got lost or mixed with other streams. But I’m not in IRCC so it’s my personal opinion lol

Hi, Yes, it's normal, I don't know why exactly this happens, but sometimes you receive this update with the date wrong. I think it's because they start processing your medical file. In a few days (usually 1 to 6) you'll get the update again!
