Hi. My husband filled up the IMM 5546 form. 2nd time IRCC gave almost similar form that had no name as IMM...He filled up both forms with required information and uploaded in his portal. That's it.

Your sister's family can withdraw the application but I don't think it would make any difference. It's up to the applicant.

No, he never arrested anyone in his life. He put the same information that he stated in the first military table.

Hi. My husband was never arrested or got any detention in his service time. Also, most of the military applicants got the same request twice. Ircc does it with everyone. We are still waiting for the final decision. Withdrawing the application won't help as they would follow the same procedures...

Hi. If ircc is transferring your call, then probably you have got a decision from them. It will show up in your portal shortly. Meanwhile, you can also talk to the agent. It doesn't mean they refused your applied. They do it for both approvals and refusals. I hope you get a positive decision...
