Mine was also a paper app, sent on August 30 and received on September 6. Eligibility started on February 18 and completed on May 5. Very similar timelines so I hope you will receive good news very soon!

Received PPR today, I hope the rest of my fellow September applicants still waiting will hear good news soon ♥

Recieved pre-arrival on Saturday, May 6th. Checked my PR tracker today and it's been updated with Eligibility/Background Check showing as complete on May 5th and COPR document number is now listed with an expiry date of my medical. Hoping to receive PPR soon!

No update in PR tracker just yet, just the last April 19th update.

BG check and eligibility still show in progress on PR tracker. However got the pre-arrival on GCkey and "decision made" on ECAS.

Received invitation to pre-arrival services today! Hopefully it means PPR is on the horizon.

Visa Office will be mentioned on sponsor approval letter. Mine did not have one. Lack of visa office usually means Ottawa VO. Sponsor called IRCC to verify.
