    CEC-inland ITA - July 31, 2024 AOR - August 21, 2024 Portal 1 email - November 15, 2024 (replied on November 16) Haven't received anything after that. Called IRCC once in December and they said to just wait. Is this normal because I see everyone getting portal 2 email within 1-2 weeks
