I raised but no answer since 2 week everything done but why they not issuing PPR didn't understand

Gckey shows same format but ECAS shows decision made and new tracker is not opening I heard from others tracker show accurate details but I m getting error on it. Also how I kno like where is my file like in sponsor approval vo is Sydney but after Decision make there is chance to transfer file...

Error - Unexpected problem

I m trying to open my tracker but it's showing unexpected problem I am a principal applicant..as well as I open my husband tracker and it's open easily..but I don't why showing error on my time

I done same in first name I put my name and space then middle name and last name I put my surname and place of birth I put city and space state ... I tried in all way but unexpected problem.....
