I don't think so that can effect the processing time. You will surely get something soon. Ottawa is your visa office right!

Just received PPR email. Applied on 7th May outland online. PA is in India No updates on GC key after pre-arrival and no updates on PR tracker after medical and eligibility start.

That email is PPR. And second one is PR portal access and ecopr. As your husband is in canada he will qualify for virtual landing. I don't understand like you sponsored your husband for us or he sponsored you for canada! Btw congratulations.
