It seems like you misunderstood me I sent follow up emails for P2 on 29th Jan and received it the same day I did not send follow up emails for ECopr and received it on feb 1st( very strange to me too that I got it super quick) . Hope this clears your confusion

After getting P1 from Montreal I sent follow up emails to all Vo’s for P2. once I received P2 . I did not send emails nor did I call IRCC since I received P2 on Jan 29th and it had only been 2 days . I received my ECoPr from Calgary

I got p1 22nd December and I’m still waiting for P2 . Montreal VO is really slow . Try calling IRCC agent . I did and was told that an email was sent to Montreal to speed up my p2 email process
