Have you tried the step of re-sending on another computer? Or else, open the browser, clean the cache, then log back into the online platform and try your re-submission.

When we were waiting for the tourist visa for my spouse we had the same message. It only says that a decision has been taken. I don't why, but they never print the decision clearly on your profile, even if it is an approbation in many most of the cases.

Wow! Then the count of the 5 months can be seen as a kind of a promise? Example: I land in Ontario on July 1st 2021, and I promise that I will make Ontario my main residence for years, then I can apply for OHIP at the same day July 1st 2021?
