I got my study permit extension approved and correspondence letter in inside Canada on the 11march 2023,how will it take ircc take to send my study permit extension letter to my address in Canada

I have less than six months on my passport and visa,can I still get my study permit and renew my passport and apply for extension in Canada.thank

Am international student from Nigeria,I applied to university of Regina and got my visa December 2022 and my sessions of resumption is spring 2023 i haven't got my enrolment letter, please do you know when the the portal will be open for enrolment letter.thanks
