It's been more than 3 days since I got correspondence letter, nothing after that. If I call, will the agents be able to see and tell me my decision?

My current one expries in September 2025 but I'll graduate my bachelor's in April 2025. Can they reject this application for applying too...

Why will the new permit get rejected? Even if it does, I don't see how it'll affect your current study permit, you can still use it
