You are right, I am not sure what algorithm is used to process the files. But I am sure I will be officially pissed off if after not touching my file for almost 8 months then I am asked to pay another almost £1000 pounds for re-medical. That will be totally unfair.

Same here my sister. When I called yesterday, the agent was so uncomfortable to say the words "Not started", the next thing I heard was "anything else I can do for you? Okay bye". In my mind I thought even the agents know the whole process has become ridiculous.
