I was able successfully link my application on tracker today (22nd Jan).

I have submitted the application and received AOR. Just realized that I missed to mention about 2 visitors trips in past. There was no visa stamped on the passport (visa free on paper visa). Visited Ukraine in 2021 for 1-2 days ( passport has entry/exit stamps and I have non stamped paper visa...

Received AOR just now. Submitted 5th Jan

I haven't received AOR yet. However from what I know, you can create a tracker account after 48 hours of getting AOR. So you might want to try after 48 hours.
