Yes you have to put stateless refugee following article 1 ...and go ahead with this option... but as i mentioned first you need sponsorship letter from any nepali citizen

We need sponsorship letter form nepali citizen..this is what they ask for RTD holder...and you will get your visa with in 1 to 4 business days... that's what they have mentioned
