    Could you share the email they got as a response? Did you receive an application number starting with EP? As for people on Facebook, it seems that they just resubmitted applications and IRCC got it right the second time.

    I dont know about your specific case, but I've seen countless people in facebook having similar issues: IRCC returning their application for missing files or forms even though they did indeed provide said files or forms.

    Do you have any military records ? Thats weird because my understanding was that asking for CV and military records means undergoing extensive security screening or something along those lines.

    Waiting for PR outside of canada: yes, but you need to inform IRCC if your change of address.

    It's hard to say if we don't know which work permit you applied to. Did this work permit require a valid CSQ and a job offer?

    Could you provide additional information ? Was it A73 LMIA expempt work permit you've applied to? And can you explain more regarding how is it you don't meet requirements ?

    That's not true, I've seem countless dudes outland getting their pr in a matter of 4-5 months and plenty of inlands stuck for 12 months+.

    Someone did their medicals in 2018 and it was still approved. They were lucky I guess.
