Not sure what you are referring to. The certificate or the oath invitation letter? As per the invitation letter the certificate will be generated and shared after one signs the oath and shares it back with them.- BienCanada

LPP completed May 7 for Family of 2. Reflected today on tracker. Most likely it was with Vancouver office as had sent FP to them. All timelines in signature.- BienCanada
