Yes, you all could see because of sponsorship. EE candidates are not able to see any updates from last month

Your application is already processed then, I guess. For people within processing period is not able to see anything. I have checked in various forum, none of them are able to see anything. :(

ECAS is not working now

You referred Visa Office as Embassy. Got it now !:) I don't know when was my file transferred to NDVO, just know my file is in NDVO through web form. ECAS is no more working, and last time I saw is "In progress" . There was no mention about process start date neither VO details

May I know which embassy? Just curious, haven't heard about something like this earlier. Are you working outside India?

In addition to your points, file can be still transferred to local visa office due to work load sharing even if there is no red flags.

I got to know via web form. You cannot call CIC outside Canada or US

Check biometric status in CIC, if its says valid, no need to worry. I am on the same boat, did biometric on 22nd Aug, emailed Delhi Immigration office, as expected no response.
