Thanks @tobs I checked with VFS in Abu Dhabi and they do not transmit to New Delhi. I have raised a CSE as well (apart from replying to NDVO yesterday), just to be sure that the matter is attended. Now will wait for a few days till they issue from ADVO.

Hi, My AOR was 15 June and I paid the RPRF on 15th Oct after receiving the request and also changed to IP2 on same day. But since then just stuck on "not applicable"...so we seem to be in the same boat. No idea how long this background check is going to take.

Hi Cansha, I was waiting on IP1 since 28 June and my plan was to order GCMS after 4 months of AOR which was today. I got an update today asking to pay the RPRF fees and also that background check is in process. I will not order the notes as of now and see how it goes after paying the fees!
