For those who re-applied for pgwp, did you get a new authorization letter to work?

Said, I can’t work unless I restore status should I decide to do so within 90days I received the letter.

Oh yea. The mix up wasn’t actually my fault. The school gave me a letter to clarify. Although my study permit has expired. Wanted to restore status and re-apply for pgwp attaching the letter from school.

Same here. In my own case, I was a full time student but didn’t take courses in some semesters of which I obtained leave from the school which had passed 150 days. So, that affected me.

What was the reason for the refusal? I think we are in the same situation right now. I’ve been thinking of same. If someone is to restore, what are we restoring to? Study, Visitor or Worker?

but you were not out of status when you applied for the reconsideration right?

my admission was in 2020, I did some courses remotely, and came in 2023 to complete the rest. The semesters in-btw were the issues, which I already addressed by attaching LOAs from the school in my application. Even though my course is a 1year program. I continued my studies from September 2023...
