I just want to ask if there is anyone who is permanent resident who was charged with DUI and it was convicted as summarily offence and who was denied citizenship or put on INADMISSIBILITY proceedings.

Pls.i want to ask anyone that has DUi and it was charged summarily with fine and 12 months driving prohibition, will.be able to apply for citizenship when its due or he will have to wait for extra one year? Pls i will.like anyone that has been in this shoe to reply.
