dont think that is ever updated, i did after the exam notice on tracker, but zero item in gckey, it did show the application id everything

the tracker has 03 Jan "We sent you a request to complete a medical exam. Read the message for more details." no emails for both our mailbox or spam. funny. I did submit a webform 2 weeks ago, never received anything yet

my situation is the same, i got the notice 3 Jan 2025 in tracker to start medical, and has the document number, but no instruction letter email. Any updates on your side?
