From my experience, what I heard from past applicants with the same background Is that you need 1 year experience with that employer, it could be done with a PGWP. As soon as you get your Young professional permit, you can claim the 50 points.

You can apply to AOS if you get 1 year of work experience in Alberta and you hold and LMIA, or LMIA exempt work permit with an alberta employer.
