It can only be accessed through the IRCC Portal or GCKEY account. The e-mail is only for notifying you that there is an update on your application. You will not receive the letter through e-mail.

What is mandamus for? I have been waiting for my application since April 1, 2024. Through a MP, i found out that my file is stuck in security check. Background and criminality checks are passed. Is there anything I can do?
