When I receive a Medical Request, does this mean that the VO has finished checking my eligibility and criminal background? I am applying for LMIA based work permit.

it’s depend po. pero usually they just ask or request for more documents. rarely po ang tawagan.

hi! pinay here. fake po yan. My opinion ha. Nainterview na po ba kayo? Canadian employers will never hire outside canada sa ganyang position po and i dont think maaproved din yung LMIA :( And the salary of 20CAD an hour? they pay for your accomodation and flight ticket sounds fishy. BEWARE PO!

LMIA does not guarantee a work permit. It is depends on employee and on how well application prepared. If you meet the qualification and right documents, it should go well.
