Since you have deferred to summer, you should be fine. It also depends on your country processing time for SP. Another alternative is to do upfront medical if you are comfortable doing it. That way you don't waste time booking for medical.

The argument is not about the refusal now, but initially the application shouldn't have been processed for expired PAL. In most cases, if PAL is expired and the caps for province reached, chances are that the application will be refused. A generic refusal isn't case specific, but general.

Oh OK, bc Scarborough has begun in-person test that is why I think they maybe doing same for ceremony.

Test completed Jan 10 & updated Jan 11. But my spouse test was not updated only to be rescheduled at their office June 1. By June 3 and 4 everything completed, today June 6 Invited for Oath Ceremony. We're family of 4. I guess my spouse test delay it.
