I believe the only way to know if your security is completed is when you see it completed on your tracker history, not call to ircc agent or tracker update (this can be as a result of anything, even as useless as just tracker regular maintenance)

Nigeria, Spouse in Comprehensive Security Screening, resident in Nigeria. PA Security is completed, resident in Canada. So it is an Inland application. I believe inland or outland have no significance in this situation.

No way to know, the word "attachment" is just written in gcms note.
