Mostly 2-3 months or longer for the Citizenship ceremony. The Oath cannot be taken from outside of Canada. It is best if you finish your Oath before you go on vacation.

This happened to me. Try to login with your UCI and Application number on the public test website(https://ct-tc.apps.cic.gc.ca/?lang=en), if you are allowed to login you will be able to take it.

You can try and login at the Citizenship test website using your application number and UCI number. If your invite is activated, the page will show you the Step 2 and you can continue with the test. Otherwise it will give you an error saying you are not invited at this time.
