Guys I just checked our UCI, my and my child's UCI is 11xxxxxxxx (10 digit), my spouse' UCI is 5xxxxxxx (8 digit). Why would this be the case? Do you guys have 10 digit UCIs or different?

Does it? I think you wrote that they are asking for members not identified in the application. The way I read it, your wife is not identified in the application (as an applicant), therefore I see no reason why you should not include her.

Mention is again. I don't think they will reject your application because you mentioned your spouse twice. On the other hand, lack of information where they want it is tricky.

But I read in the forum that for immigration purpose it is valid for one year. What does that mean?

I took IELTS exam in Jan 2016, and created my EE profile in March 2016 with that score, I received ITA in March 2017. Is my IELTS score valid? Should I go ahead and submit my application or should I reject it, retake IELTS, and create new profile? I don't want to spend money unnecessarily.
