    Yes. She is waiting for PGWP and if approved will get PGWP for 3 years. Am I eligible to apply with that? Recent rule says she needs to have PGWP valid for atleast 16 months

    Hi, I am on SOWP which is to set to expire by April 2025. My spouse recently graduated and has applied for PGWP (currently on applied status). Can i apply for SOWP extension if my wife secures a full-time paid internship for 4 months in a TEER 1 category as per the new rules?
