@IF321 I am in USA and would like to transfer money from my Indian bank account to their Indian bank account too. My understanding is that I need to execute a gift deed. As I am in USA, can a simple notary would be sufficient intead of gift deed?

He, his wife, their first child are canada permanent residents. The second child is a US citizen and they all entered Alberta recently, the second child entering first time into Canada. When went to apply for Alberta Health care, he was asked to provide a visitor record as one of the documents...
